The purpose of the Clayton Downtown Development Association (CDDA) is to preserve the character of the Downtown Clayton area, to protect the historic significance of the buildings, facilities, and spaces within Downtown Clayton and to educate citizens and business owners about the value of the history of Downtown Clayton.

Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 PM in conference room (GS223) of Town Hall.

You may turn applications in to the Town Clerk in person (111 East Second Street), by mail (PO Box 879, Clayton, NC 27528) or by email. You can view all of the meeting schedules by going to the Calendar of Events and selecting Mayor & Council, Board & Committees.
