2. The Town of Clayton is committed to maintaining safe and reliable streets for everyone who lives, works, and travels in our community.

   Our Public Works team addresses potholes, pavement damage, traffic signage, and other roadway or traffic-related issues on Town-maintained streets. Use this form to report a pothole, damaged pavement, traffic concern, or similar issue.

   Please note that the Town can only address issues on streets maintained by the Town of Clayton. Roads maintained by NCDOT should be reported directly to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
