11AM DROP-IN Toddler Storytime. Enjoy stories, rhymes, songs, concepts, and build early literacy skills with your curious toddler, as they develop independence.
DROP-IN Storytime at Clayton Library! Pre-Registration no longer required!
Storytimes are first come-first served (Space is limited). Pick-Up a Drop-In Token (one per child) from the Storytime Board* before storytime. (When the token bucket is empty, our storytime is full for the morning.)
Toddler Storytimes are at 11AM
(*Storytime Board: The rolling dry-erase board used for programs: board/tokens will be out prior to storytime near the library entrance.)
STORYTIME:
All storytimes at the Clayton Library employ the Every Child Ready to Read structure.
ECRR is a research-based early literacy program that enlists caregivers as partners in preparing their children for learning to read. Storytime is more than just books, together we will Talk, Sing, Read, Write, and Play our way to early literacy confidence.
Toddler Storytime is designed for children ages 18 months-36 months. In order to keep our attendees safe, space is limited.
