Facade Grants

Does your downtown business need a facelift? We may be able to help!

Funded fully by the Town of Clayton, the Clayton Downtown Development Advisory Board (CDDA) helps promote and review the Downtown Façade Improvement Grant Program to help improve the overall appearance of Downtown. It may be new windows, paint or an awning but we think citizens should be able to see a marked improvement in the appearance of your building, driving more traffic in your doors! Downtown Clayton Facade Grant Program

Take advantage of up to $2,500 per facade: Qualifying projects are eligible for a grant of up to $2,500 per public facing façade (or public facing side of property) on a 50/50 matching basis as funds are available. Upon project completion, copies of paid statements and cancelled checks, etc. must be submitted to claim reimbursement.
