Shelter & Field Rental

Park shelter rentals are available year round. Shelters are available for public use on a first-come, first-serve basis when not rented. Paid rentals always have priority. 

Shelter rentals run in 4 hour blocks.

March 1 - October 31: 9AM - 1PM or 3PM - 7PM

November 1 - February 29: 10AM - 2PM

If you are interested in reserving a picnic shelter, please visit the Clayton Community Center or reserve online at ClaytonParks.org/register

Athletics fields are available for rent: please fill out the Rental Request Form (PDF) and return to the Clayton Community Center for approval. Online field rental requests can also be sent to Trey Meek at tmeek@townofclaytonnc.org

If you are interested in renting a field at Clayton High School (600 S. Fayetteville St), please fill out the Rental Request Form and return it to Trey Meek at tmeek@townofclaytonnc.org.

The Clayton Community Center gym is available for rent outside of scheduled programs. If you are interested, please stop by the Clayton Community Center during normal business hours to fill out a gym rental form. A 30-day notice is required.
